I have it hooked up to power and the data data cable etc as it should be. I removed a bay card reader from the same slot in my case so I know the ports work. But no matter how hard I try, and what I try, no SSD’s or HD’s mount up. The power lights are on, and I can feel the HD spin up, but nothing ever mounts. I have made sure that the driver letters are not in use either.

-How is the unit connected to the computer? Ideally, it is connected directly to ports on the motherboard, not a hub or card.
-Are you inserting the drives before or after boot up?
-Are the drives brand new or have existing data? Brand new drives need to be formatted before they are usable.
-Have you confirm the drives are working outside of the unit?
