This would be very cool in a 2 x M.2 version, then you could put a mirror boot SSDs in there without taking up precious PCIe slots and just needing an m.2 to slimsas 4i adapters

That is a good suggestion. We are still not sure if this concept is worth awhile. Before we dive to deep, we would like to see if the market likes this concept.
